Pours a dark amber, nearly copper from a tap. Caramel and pine aroma, soapy bitter flavor with a bit of a toffee backbone. Bit of a muddle. Meh.

12 oz. Bottle from Spruce Creek Provisions. Can’t tell the age, no date coding. Aroma is weak pine, bready malts, hints of floral hops. This isn’t going to wow you but it is pretty nicely made. The malt and hops are balanced but becomes sweet and bready (again age is a question) body is the lighter side of medium with a dry pine texture. Easy and simple.
