Bottle pour into taster cup at Greg & Jane’s Beer and Wine. Appearance is clear light brown with minimal head. Aroma is earthy, and floral/fruity hops. Taste is as aroma and, since this is an English-style IPA, its earthy, fairly restrained hop profile is fitting but those wanting a bitter bomb or bold, juicy hop flavors might be disappointed. Palate nice and crisp. Overall, as stated in taste, this is a decent English IPA but I’d prefer something a little more bold.

Bomber. The aroma shows caramel, straw, weak citrus and mild earthy hops. The flavor is spot on an English IPA. Comes off with a lot of sweetness with a subdued hop profile. Very low bitterness. Body is medium with a pale grain and caramel finish. I hope people read the label or the Brewer makes a point to label this beer as "English" because most American consumers are looking for a bolder hop bite. Marketing is going to make a difference on this one.

Bottle from Bert’s mostly clear deep golden color with a decent sized off white head. Hint of DMS when first opened, but that dissipated. Grassy earthy pine hops with a solid bready caramel maltiness. Lightly fruity faint mineral and yeastiness screams English inspired. Not too shabby.
