Draft at the source. Market golden color that arrived at the table without head. Aroma is sour wheat, hints of yogurt and mild lemon.
The flavor is a direct reflection of the aroma. Soured wheat base, tart lemons, mild lactic and yogurt tones. Body is light with a low carbonation level.

Pours cloudy gold into a tulip. Bright white head with little retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Tart citrus aromas. Dry and watery with mild lemony citrus and crushed aspirin upfront quickly turning to an abrupt finish. Amazing little flavor of any kind.

on tap-pours cloudy pale yellow with a white ring. Aroma is lemon, grain/wheat. Taste is tart lemon, grain/wheat. Nice.
