750 ML bottle purchased at Kappy’s in Peabody, MA. Color is slightly hazy gold, no head. Aroma is very herbal with a mix of light sweet malts and maybe a tart lemon hint.
Flavor Medium sweet in flavor with dried flowers, bready malts, herbal grass, weak citrus. Palate is on the lighter side of medium bodied with a soft carbonation and a dry, spicy, herbal finish. It’s different but a gruit without a doubt. The almost flat mouth-feel bothers me.

Bottle from the brewery. Mostly clear medium golden color with a huge bubbly white head with moderate retention. Lemony herbal nose that reminds me of honey lemon cough drops. Light clove and pepper with a hint of sweet honey like malt underneath. The flavor is quite clove-y with light sweet honey like malt and hints of lemon. Medium body moderate carbonation. This beer is really not my thing.
