From tap. Pours cloudy pale yellow. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and slight citrusy. Bitter, fruity and slight herbal. Mild fruity. Dry and slight greasy hoppy finish.

On tap at the brewery it is a cloudy golden color with an off white head. The aroma is citrus and the taste is strong bitter grapefruit with hints orange. Bitter finish.

12 oz can purchased at Kittery, 7- Eleven. Slightly hazy gold, steady carbonation level producing a small cap of white head. Aroma is big on citrus with straw or hay.
The flavor is balanced very nicely. Pale malt, straw with the bitterness coming from grapefruit pith. The grapefruits gives a very nice crisp flavor. Body is lighter with a effervescent mouthfeel. Classic example of the style and solid overall. Clean

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #73. Keg at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy golden with a large creamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of floral, tropical, citrus hops, pale malts and a hint of caramel. The taste is tropical, herbal, grassy hops, biscuit malt, mild caramel. Medium bodied, well balanced.
