32 oz. Crowler purchased at Prost! Specialty Beer and Wine. Pours a very deep amber / almost brown color with plenty of carbonation. Aroma is caramel, earthy malts and some pine hops.
A good caramel, toffee, and sweet bread backbone. The bitterness is mild (leans to medium) and the beer tends toward the hoppier side of ambers/ hoppy browns. The body is medium with carbonation right as it should be. Overall I think it hits the mark on the intention of the style.

Hand pump at Cask and Vine Murky deep brown color with a small big bubbled white head. Aromas of raw resinous earthy hop matter with bits of caramel and toffee maltiness. Slight astringency. Plowed through a pint in no time though.
