(On tap @ MBCC 2017 Yellow Session, Copenhagen) Pours orange-gold with a white head. Notes of pretty sour, funky fruit, apple is there but also citrus, soft grape, some malt, cider vinegar, wet wood, earthy funk, light spice, yeast, phenols. Quite sour overall, but drying a bit into a tart apple finish. Light to medium bodied, softly carbonated. Interesting but I found it a bit over-sour for my taste, muting complexity that might have been gained from the black apples, though apple was present generally.

[ As Funk Factory Geuzeria Black Delicious ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, moderate yeasty, tart, funky, medicine notes, plastic notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, tart, pale malt, dried fruit, fruity, plastic notes, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is quit acidic. [20170512] 7-3-7-3-12

Tap@MBCC May 2017, Copenhagen - pours golden amber with white head. Sour fruity, medium acidic, grapes, light vinegar, funky, light floral accents, light to medium body, high acidity, tart on the palate, dry tart finish.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, tartness, funk, barnyard and apple. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long funky, tart and apple finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Draught @ MBCC. Pours golden with a white head, light lacings. Aroma of sourness, yeast, barnyard, vinegar, mustard seeds, sour citrus. Flavor is sour, yeast, little sharp, sour fruit, citrus, lemon, vinegar. Medium body, soft carbonation, very acidic finish. Somewhat sharp. 120517
