Hazy amber - gold beer. Low carbonation. Slightly syrupy palate. Flavour is that of a tinned super strong lager but perhaps slightly more deft! Subtle brandy and a mildy spicy aniseed finish. Crisp finish with a warming afterglow. Not a subtle beer!

Bottle. pours out a gold topped with a white head. Aroma of spice and plenty of yeast. Also some of the ABV. Tast some sweetness and plenty spice. This Brew may have helped my ideas of beer from Argentina.

Bottle from Corti Bros. in Sacramento. Wine frig temperature. Took a special tool to remove the plastic cork, which came out with a pop. Orange tinged gold color with a vigorous white head. Warm caramel aroma with some fruitiness. Quite pleasant. Medium body with mild, creamy carbonation. Heat shows up at once. The flavor is lightly sweet with a little fruit. The finish is pretty dry with some floral hop notes. After a few sips the alcohol tends to blend in a bit, but it is everpresent. Something of an overheated Belgian. Very drinkable. It is going well with dinner (beef).
