Growler from the source. Mostly clear brown color with very thin head on the top. Aroma shows just a trace of German yeast. Mostly Munich malt, caramel and dried leaves.
Flavor has a wheat base yet the German yeast strain doesn’t really show itself at all through the caramel malt sweetness. Light earthy tones like the mentioned aroma of dried leaves. Body is lean and light with a soft carbonation level.

On tap at America on Tap Manchester. Dark brown color. Light roast and with hints of chocolate with some earthy spicy phenol’s to counter. Pretty good dunkelweizen.
