Pours a slightly hazy pale yellow from a tap. Big apple aroma along with a fair amount of diacetyl. Similar flavor, quite sweet. Meh.

Bottle from Bert’s Pours a slightly hazy deep yellow golden with a minimal white head that dissipates quickly. Apple and brown sugar on the nose with a faint spice I can’t pin down and a hint of sulfur. Sweet apple flavor with enough tannic complexity to keep it from being boring. Feels a little like raw sugar in the flavor like this was heavily back sweetened, and there is a touch of sulfur in the flavor. Better than I can make, and pretty tasty.

Bottle purchased at Craft Beer Cellar, Portsmouth. Active carbonation level in a hazy gold color cider. Aroma is void of any sugar. It’s like apple skins and apple pulp.
This could be the first cider I have ever sampled without the smell or flavor of any sugar. Very natural, pure pressed Apple. It’s like drinking baked apples (without any spice) just pure Apple. Interesting to try a cider without any preservatives at all. Very fresh and clean tasting. Well worth a try.
