22 oz. bottle purchased at Cigarette City, Seabrook, NH. Color is hazy gold color with thin lasting head. Aroma shows a strong Belgian yeast character that comes off spicy with notes of grain and lemons.
The base is pale grains with honey tones. The body has a bready/ chewy yeast that displays Belgian qualities, spicy, pepper with traces of lemons. The hops are here with a higher then normal level for the style. Much more bitter and the actual New Zealand hops are not found here. Kind of like bitter just for the sake of being bitter. Not get me wrong it’s still a nice Belgian ale/ saison.

Bottle from North End Pours a murky straw with a good sized long lasting bone white head. Lemony, bready, earthy, spicy, and a little funky. Feels like a wit but bigger on the hops. I liked this beer, but didn’t enjoy the price point.
