Sampled at the brewery in a 4 oz glass. Hazy dirty orange color, thin whit bubbles. Aroma is spicy Belgain yeast, mild sweet malt and a light grainy hint. Flavor shows the yeast most forward with malt giving body and sweetness. The spice rounds out the flavor in the finish helping cut the sweetness just a tad. Spice lingers. Texture is mostly chewy yeast. Fine job.
