Tap at the source. Hazy deep golden color with a frothy white head that persists. Sharp earthy pine grassy and resin with bits of light fruit and bready malt. Lingering bitterness at the end of each sip. Pretty decent IPA

Draft at Da pub. Bright hazy gold with fast dying head. Aroma is onions, mild garlic and citrus. Flavor shows the galaxy hop very nicely, pink grapefruits, scallions, citrus rind ending in a lingering scallion bitterness. Body is medium with carbonation at a appropriate level. The scallion / onion flavor lingers for days after the sip.... Greg has done this hop variety justice!
