Draft at the source. Cloudy, dirty gold color. Aroma is light pineapple, mango, pine and tangerine. Pleasing aroma.
The flavor is medium sweet from the fruit and then leads into a bitter pine and light resin that lingers after the sip. Moderate bitterness that does not overwhelm the palate. Body is medium with a correct level of carbonation. This is a classic example of the way IPA’s used to be before an over-abundance of hops and Double / Imperials. Very enjoyable and easy to crush.

Shared at the BFD Christmas Party, thanks to who ever brought it. Heavy bready caramel maltiness. Overly bitter resinous hop flavor. This recipe needs a bit of tweaking.
