Pours clear amber into a shaker. White head with good retention recedes leaving spider lacing. Caramel and butterscotch aromas. Soft with sweet caramel, nuts and brown bread upfront turning dry in the mildly bitter toasted earth finish.

Draft at the brew pub. Amber in color with a thin layer of head in a shaker glass. Aromas has a light earthy note and pale grain. The body is medium with the creamy mouthfeel that you would come to expect. What was a pleasant addition to the grain is a light mild earthy hop note. Very easy to drink.
