Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of fruits, bread, malt, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, malt, and straw, leading to a bitter finish.

Draft at Canal St location. Not bad if you are trying to introduce this style to a newbie. The aroma and taste are an identical match.

Wheat based body with orange peel, coriander and some light black pepper note toward the finish. The body is light clean and refreshing. The representation of the style is pretty much on point. Certainly no major flaws or problem with this batch. I feel as if they just replaced the Orange peel and Added Rosemary herb to the resipe to form the "Rosemary Wit" I had directly before it.

Slightly cloudy wheat looking thing. Very mild banana smell. Slight odd old banana taste that comes across like dull banana. Has a bit of that processed feel to it. Finish evolves to slight medicinal hint. Not as bad as I thought it would be, Was thinking it would be spiced er sumthin.
