Poured into a becher pint glass, I thought this was a true Americanized wheat ale and still might be, but the rest of my observations may lead me to think otherwise.
The appearance was a cloudy ruddy burnt orange pale color with a finger and a half’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated as expected, nice and slow. Messy clingy lace.
The aroma smelled pretty much spot on like a German hefeweizen, well, how about that - the full rich banana esters, clove spice, sweet wheat and a touch of bubblegum.
The flavor, once again, smells exactly like a German hefeweizen, all of those sweet to spicy features and then same sort of aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a serviceable sessionability about it. Low carbonation and a spot on ABV.
Overall, is this a trick by 603? Because I thought this was an American wheat ale. I’d have this again for me, but non-German hefe fans beware of the vague use of \"wheat ale\" in this one.

On tap at Margaritas. Aroma is light banana, wheat, yeast. Appearance is hazy light brownish yellow with no head by the time it reached the table, no lacing and decent sparkle. Taste is banana sweetness with light clove and wheat breadiness. Palate is medium bodied with average carbonation and nice lingering banana/wheat finish. Overall, a decent wheat beer. Won’t blow your socks off, but serviceable.

On tap I thought this was more like a hefe and not a wheat ale, tho clear pale. Smells a little like bubble gum. Fairly laid back in attitude. Goes back easy. Good beer tasting experience. Civilized and mild without letting you forget yer drinken beer. Decent co2 all round.

Paid $8.50 for a six pack at Cigarette City, Seabrook, NH. Champagne like carbonation in a clear gold liquid making lasting thin head. Aroma is wheat, spicy/ zesty yeast and

The nicest character of this brew is the effervescent mouthfeel and refreshing crisp finish. The taste is exactly as the aroma implies. I also enjoy the zesty yeast element that lingers throughout the sip. Overall much better then I anticipated for such a simple style.

12 oz can from Bert’s Pours a cloudy lemon straw color with a decent sized bubbly bone white head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of spicy earthy bready malts with a touch of lemon and spice. Sweet bready maltiness with a solid spicing from actual spices as well as the wheat malt, some light citric fruit and some earthy almost funky yeastiness. Medium to light body with a moderate to high level of carbonation. Decent enough brew, light a flavorful. Not my go to style, but I could see this on a warm day.
