Inka Binka is a classic, full-bodied stout that is all about being American! Dominated by bold coffee-like roasted malts and sweet chocolate and toffee-like flavor finishing with the signature flavor tones of the classic American cascade oatmeal hop, you’ll love its soothing and familiar taste.

16 oz. pint at the Brew Pub. Full tan, dense head sitting on top a dark brown/ black liquid. Aroma is bitter chocolate, oats and weak coffee notes.
The body is on the fuller side with a nice chewy character from the oats, nice body. The texture is creamy with a drying element and pairs nicely with the thicker body. Flavor is what you would look for in an oatmeal stout. Dry roasted malt, barley, coffee grounds and a lingering bitter chocolate finish. I enjoy the chewiness of the body and this is a strong example of the style.
