Tap at Cask and Vine Hazy medium golden color with a decent rocky white head. Initially spicy but that became more earthy citrus hoppiness as the pint went down. Rustic earthy with a light yeasty funk and hints of lemon round this one out nicely. Not to shabby.

32 oz growler pour at the source 24 hours prior. Slightly hazy gold color with an amber hue. Aroma is spent grain, citrus and light yeast nuances.
Flavor shows yeast notes upfront transitioning into spent grain and citrus hints. Mouthfeel has a crispness displayed in a medium body. The brew itself is refreshing but it’s missing the light funk or barnyard notes that people come to expect from the style. It really needs the farmhouse notes. I think with a little adjustment of the recipe and this will hit the mark.
