Bottled on 16 Dec 2013. Mostly diminishing white head on top an Orange/ Amber liquid. Aroma is sweet malt and dusty wheat.
Flavor starts lightly sweet with pale malt base. Toffee hints. On the lighter side of a medium body, nearly thin. The dusty basement and dirty wheat type flavor shows throughout the brew. I don’t get any hop profile at all. I guess the brewer was going after a more English feel. Pretty tame brew.

Bottle from Bert’s Pours a fairly clear medium golden color with a huge off white ehad that really shows some staying power. Aromas of caramel, butterscotch, bread, and toffee with hints of earthy hop aroma and light bits of fruity esters. The flavor is rich and malty with a heavy toffee, butterscotch, and caramel presence. Light earthy hop mineral water and sulfur provide some balance although this beer skews toward the malt side. Medium body with moderate level of carbonation and a sweet slick mouthfeel. Nice apa that definitely is English inspired, and easy to drink.
