Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #67. Nitro at the brewpub. Pours near black with a creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of roasted malt, oats, brine, dark chocolate. The taste is chocolate, roasted malt, mild hops. Thin bodied.

From the source. Dark brown nearly black. Thin white head, light retention. Nose and flavor is rocking! Dark roasted grains, charred barley, hints of coffee grounds and a light caramel sweetness. The body is full and has a chewy texture from the flaked oats. At 5.5 % this could be a stout I drink for a long duration. Damn nice job here.
