Reviewed from notes.
The appearance was a cloudy red to brown color with a film of a little white head. Subtle stringy lace.
The aroma had some caramel/toffee malts and some earthy hops.
The flavor cued up those malts fairly sweet to linger with the earthy hop bitterness. Became somewhat dry with a touch of roast in the aftertaste and followed through in the finish.
The feel was just a tad under than medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Good carbonation and the ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, pretty good amber ale that I could have again.

Draft @ Martha’s.16 oz. Nose is mild pine hops, herbs, dark bread, light toffee. Flavor, is a direct reflection of the aroma. The herb note is a bit strange. Well balanced and really easy to drink. Body is on the thin side. Medium bodied with correct carbonation. Not a bad beer at all, simple and straight forward.

On tap at the source, Comes to the table a murky cloudy red brown color with a small creamy off white head the shows moderate retention and lace. Smells of caramel malt, toffee, and a bit of earthy hops. The flavor is also filled with caramel and toffee, with hints of chocolate and an earthy hop bite. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a creamy oily mouthfeel. The ugliest beer I ever enjoyed. Really cloudy, but a nice red (I think) ale.
