4 oz. taster @ the brewery on 23 Feb 2013. Dark brown color with tiny pieces of beets floating around in the liquid. Smells a lot like cooked beets and chocolate. Taste is like stout added to red beet juice. I love this brewery but this one just didn’t really do it for me. The vegetables in my stout was just really bizarre. Yet the woman at Throwback get a few points for creativity.
