Bottle from the brewery store. Pours a hazy murky deep golden color with a decent sized tightly bubbled off white that shows minimal retention. Aromas of sweet bread, light fruit and spicy yeasty esters. The flavor is fruity and sweet with hints of bread and spice and yeast. Medium body with a light to moderate level of carbonation. Taste’s pretty good, hides the abv well, but nothing horribly exciting here, a bit light on the Belgian character.

Draft @ brew pub. Almost clear amber color. Small white head, laced the snifter real well. Nose of fruit and Belgian spice. Taste is real fruity with noticeable alcohol. The high ABV over powers the flavor that is there. Would be best to get a 22 oz. bottle to age.
