Pours deep caramel into a shaker. Off-white head with medium retention recedes to hug rim. Sweet biscuit, banana and hot caramel front to back.

On tap @ Barley Pub in Dover, NH. pored into a snifter. A nice ruby red color. Small white head with very little lacing. Nose of sweet malt. Taste was a good balance of sweet malt and hops. Light body with a easy, smooth finish. A nice brew, that I would pay for again.
