Cask (gravity) @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Dominion The Few ].Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt, fruity, toffee, light apple. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, caramel, toffee, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151205] 6-3-6-3-12

Colchester Beer Festival at the Colchester Arts Centre. Cask. Hazy gold beer, residual pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry with modest fine carbonation. Light pale malts, a little dry. Mild floralness turning slightly soapy. Whisper of lemony citrus. Light finish. Underwhelming but okay.
