Light hop and herbal aroma. This beer looks like a lager but a good one. It is dark gold, and there is a light head. It is very clear for being unfiltered. Flavor is grassy. There are herbs and organic flavors, almost like they dropped in a handful of plant matter and got lucky because this is good stuff. Some honey. A little sweetness in the flavor, and a small dose of Town Hall yeast. Light over all, and while I prefer wheat beer in the warmer months, this isn’t a bad change up early in the season.
