A bit too sweet for an IPA, caramel malts loaded on top of a soapy, floral hop base. Mild citric notes add a pleasant orange-tangerine undercurrent, but the hops never register strong enough to offset the heavy malts.

Thanks to decaturstevo for sharing the growler. Amber/orange pour with a generous mostly white head. Fruity aroma, bubblegum, malt. The flavor is sweet malt followed by the hop bitterness. A bit on the sweet side for my preference in IPA. The best Calfkiller that I have tried to date.
