Intended for release on April Fool's Day, the brewmaster Fred Scheer says it will make a fool out of you. Indeed it goes down easy and hides it's alcohol well. A nice strong ale.

Boozy and sweet, packed with tons of apple esters and funky Brit yeast. Bread and dough on the finish yet a floral bitterness eases the alcohol on the fade.

(On tap) Memphis. Clear, reddish brown with an off-white head. Malty, lightly caramelish nose. Medium-bodied, lightly sweet with some sherry notes and lovely, roasted malt. And everything is perfectly balanced by some rather solid bittering hops. 280306
