[ As The Johnnies’ Beer Hefeweizen ].Unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, weizen yeast fruity yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, yeast, weizen yeast, bread, sweet yeast, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170617] 5-3-5-3-9

Flaske fra lokal sjappe, på hotellbalkongen i Kamari (Santorini): klar kobber med fint skum. Selv i 30 varmegrader finner jeg citrus, mynte og lime i aroma og smak. Sursyrlig og grei forfriskning i en slank maltkropp. Mild bitterhet i ettersmaken. Iflg etiketten skulle denne være bb. 2/2018, men den løsnet og under fant jeg en annen etikett som sa bb 30/5/17! Disse grekerne....

Bottle, 5.4%. Slightly hazy golden with medium white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, yeast, fruit and a little banana. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, medium sweet, little banana, spices and a little bitter.

Bottle from Beer24, Thessaloniki. Pours cloudy amber orange colour with a long lasting frothy white head leaving good lacing. Aroma of wheat, citrus lemon and orange, floral, light spice and straw. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, touch to sour. Medium body, slight sticky texture, average carbonation. Good beer.
