  Lager - Pale Regular
Score
6.65
ABV: 4.5% IBU: - Ticks: 4
The Holy Mountain crew crafted it with a slightly undermodified Moravian Pilsner Malt, as well as corn and rice, for a seriously crisp body. And it’s hopped with Willamette and fermented with their favorite Lager yeast strain, so it packs plenty of flavor.

Tasting Notes
Gentle hints of sweetcorn complement the biscuity backbone. Zesty lemon peel nuances and a kiss of orange blossom honey add more depth before it culminates in a snappy, thirst-quenching finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear bright gold with a moderate white head. Aroma has an aroma exhibiting both malt and corn. Not getting hop. Mildly sweet. Mildly bitter. Hop is an earth/stone fruit mix I think.

16 oz can poured, picked up at Hop and Hound. Snagged this one just knowing I would be in the mood for a beer like it very soon. The weather will do that. Clean and clear golden appearance. Soft straw / corn like nose. Really easy drinking lager, with a gentle hop influence. Has a touch of flavor here, which lifts it above premium lager competition. Goes down about as easy as they get, without being too watery. Cool taste, enjoyable.

Golden, thick head. Light grainy, slightly biscuity notes, balanced, low bitterness, light pale malts, corn. Good for what it is.
