An IPA with Pilsner malt, two row and a generous portion of malted spelt, Heavenless was hopped throughout with Vic Secret, Motueka and Citra and once again through our hopback with whole leaf Citra. It was fermented with one of our favorite British strains and then dry-hopped with more Vic Secret, Motueka and Citra.

Can from Tavour. Pours slightly hazy gold with a huge white head that persisted. Medium body. The aroma through a huge white head seems to be peach and green onion. Juicy and not quite dry. It’s quite fruity. Flavor is something like dank, peach with citrus and notes of green onion. Very unusual for me – aMedium body. Very unusual for me. Sidenote the persistent head is now lacing down. Dank stone fruits works out fairly well.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Interbay, pours an opaque yellow with a large white head. Aroma has some dank hops, stone fruit pith, and gentle citrus. Flavour is balanced well, with juicy stone fruits, gentle dankness, and light citrus. Low bitterness, but very fruity and moderately dank. Excellent.

Green City: pours haxy with white head. Aroma is earthy with fruity notes. Taste is light fruitiness. Somewhat bitter and nicey juicy. Quite good.
