(On tap @ the new Forest & Main space, Apr 13/18) Pours very lightly cloudy medium gold with an average white head. Notes of lemon peel, pale slightly tart berries, soft white bread, a little soft yeasty phenolic action, moderate wood, vanilla, dry grass, light old hop isovaleric cheesy fun, minerals. On balance, light tart with a dry finish and gentle bitterness. Medium-bodied, slick, effervescent prickly carb. Good balance and drinkability, quenching on a very warm afternoon. Nice brew.

At the source tap: pours golden with small head. Aroma is woody, yeasty, lightly fruity, berries. Taste is slightly tart, nice fruitiness. Very well balanced. Quite good.
