Cask at Egham Beer Fest, 13/04/17. Sweet yeasty aroma. Dark brown. Thin off-white head. Sweet. Prunes. Light. Watery. Soft carbonation. For an ABV of this much it slips down well. However kinda bland and kinda unsophisticated.

Pig’s Ear Fest. Cask. Light haze on this deep amber beer, small pale tan head. Palate is light and dry, modest fine carbonation. Fairly bitter beer, spicy bitterness and yeasty bitterness. Generic ripe fruits. Light semi dry finish. Nice to see a style like this done in cask but it is pretty bitter.

Cask gravity at the 2016 pigs ear beer fest. A reddy amber coloured pour with a halo of beige head. Aroma is spicy Belgian phenols, ginger, little banana, sweet brown sugars. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, brown sugars, woody, apple, Belgian phenols banana, amber malts. Palate is thick and sweet, moderate carbonation. Not half bad.
