[ As Empire Rongo ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, fruity, light citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, fruity malt, pale malt, citrus, fruity.
