Bottle 355ml. @ [ The Stat Improver Tasting ] - Saxo, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Amazon Beer Priprioca Red Ale ].Clear medium orange amber colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, pepper. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, peppery, black pepper, caramel, sweet malt. Bottle at Højbjerg tasting. Pours dark amber to brown with a small off-white head. Aroma of malt, smoke, light fruit, and yeast spores. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness. Medium body, sticky texture, soft to average carbonation. Not good.

Bottle @ Johns. Pours amber with a offwhite head. Aroma of malt, caramel, spice, loads of black pepper, cedar wood. Flavor is sweet, spicy, malt, caramel, black pepper, light cedarwood. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, sweet and light spicy finish. 5-3-5-3-10. 170617

Bottle, 6%. Clear amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, black pepper, caramel and fruit. Flavour is malt, caramel, pepper, medium sweet, caramel and a little bitter.

Bottle. Frothy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hpoppy herbal aroma. Light bitter flavor. Dry, woody caramel. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Strange.

Bottle @ Torben Mathews tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are fruits, herbs, caramel, malt and hops. Quite odd fruit. Well brewed, but odd fruit.

Bright golden-brown colour with a thin head. Comes across strong and boozy with lots of caramel. Sweet, but also a bit thin. Not finding much of the promised Amazonian herbal influence.

Bottle @ Shanghai Beer Festival. Quite special beer. Very sweet and fruity with some strange off tastes. Low on the hops. Quite drinkable.
