440ml can at home. Pours a deep ruddy amber, way over carbonated, had trouble fitting this into an 18oz pint glass in one go. Nose is pear and apple pie. Flavour is much more of an ESB, balanced ale with noble hop buttering and flavour, English style malts. Would be nice as an ESB, but as an IPA it falls very short of the mark.

Can from McHughs. Amber with a medium head. Aroma of pine hop. Flavour is biscuit, sticky orange, bread on a full bitter finish.

Can at the Old Dears, from Callans, 08/07/17. Unlcear amber to golden pour with a decent light beige cap that retains well. Nose is caramel malts, toasted brown sugar, orange peel, straw, grains, faint pine. Taste comprises bitter orange peel, grapefruit, melting brown sugar gloop, caramel, biscuit, sweet and bitter, brown bread. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi dyring close with a mellow to earthy hop bitter repost. Ok SIPA ... a little too sweet and Old Skool for me but no stinker.

Can from Centra, Collooney [110317]
Dark amber, very hazy, frothy off white head
Aroma of sweet fruity malts, soft orange, touch of toffee, sweet caramel, soft nose
Taste of caramel malts, soft toffee malts, sweet caramelized oranges, nice malts, soft bitter hops, malts are prominent
Palate - Soft carb, medium body, fairly rich texture, sweet malty background. Finish as main flavour, bit more bitter hops in the tail
Overall - Too malty for an IPA - but I did like the sweet caramel orange malts in this. Quite decent.
