Cask @ The Admiral Benbow, Shrewsbury [280115]
Caramel brown cola, clear, bubbly beige head
Aroma of soft roasted malts, touch of coffee, dab of dark malt
Taste of roasted malts, some soft dark malts, quite roasty, dab of coffee grounds, touch of bitter chocolate
Palate - Light body, bit oily, smooth, fairly bitter roast. Finish as main flavour, soft roast
Overall - Quite decent, going into mild territory, bit roasty for me, I prefer more dark malt sweetness
