Fruited gose (4,5%) brewed with a decent amount of flaked oats and sea salt. Kettle soured with a clean, citrus foward lactobacilus strain and fermented with our house expressive ale yeast strain and conditioned on top of kilos and kilos of peach and rapsberry puree. Lovely pink color with a white head, Rasomel comes with notes of fruit yougurth, juicy peach and raspberry jam. Clean sour with a slightly salty finish.

Bottle @ La Botica de la Cerveza, Malaga. Small head with short duration. Color is hazy orange. Aroma and taste are rich tropical fruits, lactose acid, fruits, malt and has a nice sour finish.

Can @ La Botica de la Cerveza, Malaga. Hazy orange without head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberry and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 130224

Can sample at a tasting at Lauter. Thanks Lior. Murky pink-orange. Raspberry and more fruits, a bit of vanilla, pickled vegetables note, not sour.
