Draft pours light gold with thin lasting head and mild carbonation. Creamy mouthfeel, well balanced with mild citrus rind bitterness on finish. Very nice!

6/10/2023. Taster at Ulfborg courtesy of saxo. Pours slightly hazy pale golden amber with a small frothy white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, lightly tropical, floral, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of tart. Moderate body, quite fizzy.

Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, pine, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, pale malt, fruity malt, furity hops, citrus, pine. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20231006]
