On tap at Brasseur de Montréal. Pours clear amber with a white head. Light bready malts on the nose. Flavour has a fairly stale toasted cracker profile. This is a pretty lifeless amber.

In tap at the delta hotel in Quebec city. Clear copper pour, small white head. Aroma is toasty, caramel malts, light grass. Crisp, light bitterness. Not great, but it's a refreshing quenching red ale, better than a bland lager.

Got this mixed pack for Canada Day 2024. Clean, amber colour with a creamy-frothy light-beige head, good stay and wet lacing. Biscuit malt aromas with cereal notes, and hints of soapy-floral scents. Even getting a tad maple in there, from time to time. Malty flavours with a touch of nuttiness, fruitiness and again - maple. Maybe this is the blend of caramel malts. Thankfully, not syrupy, not really thick and a touch drying. Easy-drinking, refreshing, nutty-fruity and quite malty red ale.
