Bottle - Sweet white wine grape and sour funk. Cloudy gold with almost no head. Soured white grape, very nice.

375ml thanks to DJ. Pours out golden topped with a white head. Nose is nice grape barrel and funky bugs. Taste is more of the nice white grape funky bugs.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is funk, rubber, grape skins, oak. Thin body, funky, cheese, grape, nice tartness, oak, light dry finish, enjoyed this.

Tap @ Himmeriget. Hazy, golden with a small white head. Aroma is medium funky with citric fruit, acidic berries and pale malt. Flavor is refreshing with Brett, citric fruit, berries, pale malt and sour, tart finish. Quite balanced in flavors, sourness and body as well. Nice and refreshing.

(On tap @ Himmeriget, Copenhagen, May 12/17) Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma is quite tart, lemon juice, citrus, unripe pale stone fruit, sour apples, light white wine vinegar, yeasty, subtle funk. Flavour is rather tart, hints of vinegar, moderate Brett funk, more unripe pit fruit and citrus, drying and a bit woody in the finish, a little hint of grain. Little grape character. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Decent but rather less grape character than I wanted, felt more like an American sour than a white grape lambic to me.
