Opens full of liquid between the cap and the cork - never seen that before. Nice fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light orangy color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, old rope, fruit stones, sour peach, oak, grass, grape peel, mild vinegar, flowers. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sour peach, old rope, grape peel, oak, mild vinegar, sour grapes, fruit salt, leafs. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Sample @ MBCC2017. Pours hazy golden with a small white head. Aromas of grapes, pear, oak, lactose, floral notes. Taste is grapey, oaky, tannic, lactic.

Taster showing deep gold with sparse white foam. The nose shows rich deep tart juicy notes of brett and white wine - green apple and light lime. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Moderately tart with clean notes of brett with juicy flavors of pineapple, green apple, and passionfruit.

Slightly hazy golden color. Excellent funky, hay and horse blanket with nice sweetness with a touch of grape character at the end. The palate is light and dry with fantastic grape character, nice sourness, horseblanket, funk and hay. The grapes provide some sweetness that balances the palate perfectly. Excellent

375 ml bottle purchased at Novare Res. 2016 vintage. Cloudy golden appearance. Aroma is funk, moldy peach and old kiwi fruit. Flavor is mostly funk at this point. Old peach, musty basement, lambic yeast, old grapes.
