Can from Systembolaget. Hazy yellow with a white head. Quite a lot of guava in this one. Also some passionfruit and notes of citrus. Not that bitter.

On tap at Angels Trumpet House, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma is super fruity, with loads of guava and tropical fruits in general, followed by citrus hops. Flavour is fruity and hoppy, with loads of guava, citrus hops, and just enough biscuity malt. Manages to have loads of guava and piney hop bitterness in beautiful cohesion, ending with a crisp finish. Surprisingly excellent.

Super hazy, almost fully opaque deep orange and copper coloured body with a nice, three to four centimetre tall off-white head that stays afloat for a while. Aroma of strong fruit notes with oranges, grapefruit, mangoes and yes, the guava is strong here in a great way with some tropically aspects. Medium to Full-bodied; Very rich and strong pungent hops show a lot of bitterness with a good kick of fresh fruit with the grapefruit, oranges and especially the guava supporting the bitterness, all with a great malt backbone that is quite rich and still showing a lot of sweetness. Aftertaste shows some great fruitiness with a lot of bitterness still from the alpha acids in the hops and a great backbone from the malts that hits nicely throughout. Overall, a very nice beer that was even better than I expected with a great fresh guava flavour, but the oranges and grapefruits with bitterness show the most here. A nice beer and definitely worth trying to find, if you can get it! I sampled this twelve ounce can, super fresh, purchased yesterday on 31-January-2022 for US$1,99 at Whole Foods in Fort Collins, Colorado and sampled in my hotel room here in Cheyenne, Wyoming on 01-February-2022.
