Red color, lasting tan foam. Sweet malt aroma. Caramel malt sweetness with a crisp, mild bitter finish. Floral aftertaste.

On tap at Bryggerifestivalen. It pours a clear dark golden colored body and a dense, finger-thick off-white head. The aroma has caramel and a light fruityness and hints of grass and pine cones. It's medium to full-bodied and nicely carbonated, semi-dry and with a light bitterness. Caramel driven flavor too, with fruity, grassy hops in the back. Some piney notes in the finish, but mostly caramel there too. A decent Bayer indeed. 240801

Draught at Bryggerifestivalen 2024, kindly shared by yngwie. Clear amber body, low beige head, laces well. Malt-driven aromas, hints of dried fruits, inviting. Mid-sweet craft malty flavours added by moments of herbal hops. Mid-sweet malty ending, slightly roasted. Medium bodied. Nice one. (Trondheim, 01.08.2024).
