Bottle, bb 6/26. Hazy orange, huge white head. A torrent of bubbles. Aroma of crackers, orange, spices. Very high carbonation. Crackery and dry with a spicy finish. Slightly wonder whether fermentation has continued a bit further in the bottle, but it's refreshing.

Bottle from the LCBO. Pours a hazy yellow, with a HUGE white head. Aroma is blasting with malted wheat, soft coriander, and light citrus. Lemon notes, light herbs, but its pretty faint compared to the onerous malted wheat aromas and flavors. The wheat simply dominates, and covers up everything to the point where its just wisps of herbs and citrus.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Opaque yellow colored brew with an dryish bitter taste, mostly hints of spices and some citrus too. But an Paris tick for me. Bought this one at www.natureetdecouvertes.com.

Slightly hazy yellow pour with a decent white head. Aromas of wheat/malt, citrus, herbs. Taste is similar with a hint of spices. Decent wit. Thumbs up for being organic, too.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Max's place. Thanks Tom L. Clear golden. Grains, a bit of wheat, citrus, a bit sweetish, slightly tart, bitterish note, strong carbonation.
