Bottle 750ml. corked @ home on the terrace. [ As Oersoep Cuvée (Donker en Diep) ].Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, tart berries (ala boysenberries - blueberries - raspberries), sweet berries (ala boysenberries - blueberries - raspberries), light chocolate. Flavor is moderate sweet and acidic with a long duration, tart berries - (ala boysenberries - blueberries - raspberries), dark malt, chocolate - vanilla, sweet berries, medium dry and very refreshing. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20170725] 7-3-8-3-15

Clear black colout, tan head. Aroma of fruits, chocolate, roasted malts, blueberry and forrest fruits. Sweetish flavour, roasted malts, light chocolate and coffee. Finish forest fruits and chocolate.
Lovely beer, I really like this brewery and wish them lots of luck at the new location.
(From 75cL bottle shared @ ZZT VI. Only 24 bottles made according to the label? OMG, since I had 2 bottles, does this mean I had almost 10% of the beer at home at one point?)

Sampled from bottle @ ZZT VI. Opaque dark brown to black color, small loght brown head. Smell and taste malts, roastyness, alcohol, caramel. Superb mouthfeel for only 5% ABV. Nice!

Bottle @ ZZT VI thx to martinus. Pitch black with an off-white head. Smells lots of coffee, roasty. Tastes coffee, chocolate, roasty.. Mostly coffee though. Medium body, medium carbo. Could be a bit more silky.
