Cellar draught 1/16 and 1/19/25.
Heavily hazy, bright brass-maize. Small, white head, slowly to spotty cover.
Juicy, spicy, some allium. Cracker and biscuit with grapefruit and fresh squeezed orange.
Juicy and spicy, some onion but it's minimal and sort of folded in as spiciness. Crisp, clean, well-attenuated. No syrup, no sugar. But a strong malt texture nonetheless. Lingering spice and excellent bitterness.

Rated at Side Project Brewing. Fresh, massively herbal hoppy and juicy with some tropical notes, pine, citrus, grapefruit, bitterness and hints of peaches and sweetness. Great TIPA.

On tap at Side Project Cellar. Hazy orange with white head. Intensive hoppy notes, melon, tropical notes, nice lasting bitter finish. Smooth and incredible.
