Parfait #7 is a blend of Barrel-Aged and stainless Imperial Stout conditioned with Peanut Flour, Roasted Unsalted Virginia Peanuts, Black Truffles, Cocoa Nibs, and a touch of Ugandan and Tahitian Vanilla!
This is our first foray into a peanut butter inspired stout. We wanted to thoughtfully create something fun and new but at the same time maintain our way of balancing adjuncts. The result came out tasting like an elegant dark chocolate peanut butter cup. We’re super excited to share this expression with you and hope y’all enjoy it as well!
