Keg at Little Chalfont beer shop, Little Chalfont, Bucks. A black colured pour with a thin beige head on top. Roasty malty, caramel, dark fruit aroma and taste.

14/10/2018. Bottle from BEER:shop, St Albans. Pours black with an average sized beige head. Aroma of chocolate, roasted malt, hops, coffee, berries and light ash. Light sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, slight creamy texture, soft carbonation. Dry, chocolaty finish. Good brew.

Bottle from BEER:shop, St. Albans. Hazy very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, dark chocolate and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 170218

Bottle from BEER:shop, St. Albans. Nice head with good duration. Color is black. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, hops, licorice, coffee and has a nice dry bitter finish.

Cask gravity at the St Albans BEER festival 2017. A jet black coloured pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is big liquorice, dried fruits, earthy pine resin, little marker pen, burnt wood. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, rounded malts, nutty roast, liquorice, burnt brown sugars, woody resin, little varnish.. Palate is semi sweet, rounded, oily,mellow carbonation.
